Add / Edit AI Agent

  • Agent Name / Internal Reference
    Name your agent (e.g., AivaVoxence) and keep a private reference for operations.
  • Enable or Disable
    Instantly toggle availability without deleting configuration.

Agent Context

  • Start Message
    Example (English): “Hello, this is Aiva from Company, how can I help you?”

    Define tone, scope, and guardrails the agent must follow.
  • Built‑in Tools
    query_tool – Perform lookups and searches (a knowledge base is auto‑linked when you save an agent).
    callback_request_tool – Trigger a human call‑back.

    custom_call_transfer_tool – Transfer based on intent or logic to departments or numbers.

Datacenter Location

For example, if you set it to 2, the AI agent will wait 2 seconds before answering the call. Can be useful when human agents are also available to pick up the call.

In‑call controls

Monitor or intervene when needed:

  • 🎧 Listen — silently monitor the call in realtime.
  • 🔁 Transfer — warm/attended or blind transfer to an extension or external number.
  • ❌ End Call — terminate the current session.
  • 💬 Type message… → 🗣️ Say — send a live prompt for the AI to speak to the caller.

What is SIP2AI?

SIP2AI is the bridge between your SIP PBX and AI. It allows you to configure your AI agents and SIP endpoints in a user-friendly way.

Can I add multiple agents?

Yes, you can add multiple agents to your SIP2AI account. Each agent will have its own settings and can be configured independently.

Can I add multiple customers?

You can become a reseller and add multiple customers to your SIP2AI account.

Which codecs are supported?

SIP2AI prioritizes G722, PCMU, and PCMA. You can customize priorities in the configuration.

Can the AI transfer calls?

Yes it can transfer internal and external calls. Enable Transfer and set a timeout and destination. You can choose to announce a summary of the AI conversation before transfer.

Where do transcripts go?

Send transcripts to an email address, a webhook URL, or both. You can add a shared secret for webhook delivery.

Can I use my custom tools?

Yes, we added 4 default tools for transfer, query, callback, and end-conversation (hangup). You can also use external datasources.

What PBX / SIP servers are supported?

SIP2AI works with any PBX that supports SIP. You can use it with any PBX that supports SIP. We have done extensive testing with 3CX, Asterisk, FreePBX, PortaOne, MirtaPBX, and more.
